The voice that answers the telephone banking service and responds to the customer’s
requests is available in any language and any voice type (male or female).
You have the option to record your voice in your own language for your customers
to hear, or select one of the existing voices from our current system.
The obvious advantage of recording the voice prompts yourself is that it will be
in the local language and local accent.
To set up a foreign language we send you the a range of recorded files in English
and you will be responsible for recording each word in your local language, naming
them according to our requirements, and returning the files to us. We will then
load them onto our server. Loading takes approximately 5 working days.
Phone banking setup generally takes 5 working days. Additional time may be required
if you are going to translate the voices into your local language or if you are
in an area where we do not currently have telephone lines for phone banking.
