                        The XO Software allows you to store electronic copies of certain documents associated
                        with each customer. These documents include:
                    
                    
                        - Membership agreement
 
                        - Customers identification documents
 
                        - Personal guarantee
 
                        - Logo of the members company
 
                        - Brochure / Advertisement of the members company
 
                        - Personal signature for each active swipe card
                         
                    
                    
                        An unlimited number of versions of each document can be stored and all historic
                        versions can be accessed by the administrator, thereby reducing the risk of over-writing
